Mentorship, sparring, and learning in the field.
This page is for professionals who care about how they hold space. People who sense that words matter, pacing matters, and that the nervous system is always part of the room. You may already facilitate, teach, or guide groups. You may also be standing at the threshold of doing so, feeling the call but wanting to grow into it with care and integrity.
How I work
I work with professionals as a guide, mentor, and sparring partner. Not from hierarchy, but from experience, presence, and craft. I prefer one-off sessions over fixed trajectories. This keeps the work precise and responsive to what is actually needed. Sometimes one focused conversation brings more clarity than months of loosely held commitment. You can think of this work as sitting by the fire together. We look at what you are holding, what you are building, and what is asking for more care or structure. I listen closely, reflect honestly, and help you sense what is essential.
My background includes a BSc in Clinical Psychology, an MSc in Methodology and Statistics, and training in yoga, tantra, Taoist practices, and embodied facilitation. I have been teaching since 2007, and I consider myself an eternal student. I continue to invest in formal education and training, while also learning relentlessly from lived experience, from the people I work with, and from what practice reveals over time.
Ways we can work together
Mentoring and sparring
You can book one-off or occasional sessions to:
- prepare or refine a workshop, training, or group process
- sharpen language, metaphors, and framing
- sense-check flow so essential steps are not skipped
- reflect on pricing, sustainability, and building a support team
- use me as a thoughtful rubber duck when something feels stuck
I also offer support when something went wrong. This can include:
- working through what happened without bypassing or blame
- setting up a repair plan and taking accountability
- identifying skills to strengthen
- exploring whether additional support or therapy is needed
Workshop and training design
I support professionals in designing spaces that facilitate autonomy, consent, and integrity. This includes:
- structuring the room and the arc of the workshop
- building consent architecture into the process
- trauma-informed pacing and choice
- translating subtle or spiritual experiences into grounded form
This work often brings clarity where things previously felt fuzzy, overwhelming, or unsafe.
Co-facilitation and teaching on the job
In some cases, I work with professionals through co-facilitation. This is limited and based on mutual excitement for the work.
Possible formats include:
- you assisting while I lead
- you leading while I assist
- a gradual handover where I slowly step out
This is learning through doing, not through performance. It is time-intensive and held with care. I aim to keep it accessible in spirit, while being clear about the commitment involved.
Learning through proximity
Some people find their way into my work by joining the field around workshops and events. Learning happens through proximity, presence, and shared responsibility.
If this speaks to you, you can read more about how my team works on the team page.
Emergency support
Sometimes things go wrong. A workshop you facilitate lands badly, someone is harmed, or the aftermath feels overwhelming. In those moments, regulation and clarity come before analysis.
For professionals I already know or have worked with before, I offer the following emergency support options:
15-minute regulation support
A short, focused call to help settle the nervous system after something intense or unexpected happened.
Fee: 45 EUR ex VAT
30-minute repair orientation
A session to assess what happened, outline next steps, and make a grounded plan for repair and accountability.
Fee: 90 EUR ex VAT
Extended support
If more time or involvement is needed, we discuss scope and pricing in advance, based on what the situation asks.
If I accept an emergency request, I make it a priority. Except when I am offline for retreat, study, or holiday, support is usually available the same day or shortly after. I do not check my email continuously. When support is time-sensitive, calling or sending me a text message works best.
Practicalities and Exchange
- Professional sessions start at 150 EUR per hour, ex VAT
- Rates may vary depending on context, urgency, or depth
- Sessions take place in person in Nijmegen, online, or on location
- Travel time and travel costs are charged in addition to the session fee
