Inner and outer listening, voiced.

Inner Echoes is a practice of inner and outer listening. A space to attune to what lives inside you, and to let it find form through words, voice, and sound. It invites you to meet your inner creator and inner wisdom, and to explore what wants to be expressed, shaped, or spoken into being. Imperfection is welcomed here. Not as something to overcome, but as an essential step on the path toward quality. Quality as defined by your own standards, and in dialogue with others.

What this space is

Inner Echoes unfolds as a three-phase journey, held as a coherent arc rather than a fixed format. Each phase builds on the one before it, gradually widening presence, expression, and voice.

The first phase is about arriving and placement
We begin by settling into presence and orienting ourselves in the space and in relation to one another. This may take the form of a guided somatic meditation or a layered relational ritual, such as eye gazing. These practices support inward listening, sensory awareness, and a clear sense of placement, both internally and in relation to the group.

The second phase centers around live music and shared listening
I sing my songs and mantras to deepen presence and coherence in the room. With the mantras, singing along is invited, allowing listening to gradually become participatory. This phase supports attunement and creates a bridge between inward focus and outward expression.

The third phase is devoted to expression and sharing
Here, the work opens into articulating what wants to be expressed. Expression begins non-verbally, through movement and sound in duos, then moves into words in small groups. Finally, what feels ripe may be shared in the circle with the whole group.

This phase is not about performance or storytelling, but about clarity. About giving shape to what has been sensed, and allowing it to be spoken into the room. What emerges often carries personal meaning while also resonating beyond the individual, shaped by the shared attention of the group.

Throughout the journey, I hold the space as a guide, tracking the process and responding to what unfolds. Inner Echoes offers a structured yet open container where inner listening, creative expression, and integration can move from sensing into form.

What people come for

People are drawn to Inner Echoes for different reasons. Common intentions include:

  • a sense of community and shared presence
  • space for expression without pressure or performance
  • integration of inner processes or life experiences
  • grounding and nervous system regulation
  • being witnessed in what is alive

You do not need to arrive clear, confident, or articulate. Listening is as valued as speaking.

Inner Echoes is offered in different editions throughout the year. You can find upcoming dates and current offerings via Upcoming Events.
