Places where my work takes root.

Alongside my independent practice, I teach, facilitate and co-create within several communities, organisations and places. Each has its own focus and context, offering different ways to encounter me and my work.

Amada

Amada is an online community for people living with PAIS: post-acute infectious syndromes, including Long COVID. It offers tailored yoga and mindfulness classes, trainings and online gatherings, with attention to differing levels of capacity.

I teach a weekly class on Tuesday mornings and am one of Amada’s in-house trainers. My work here offers a practice ground for meeting the body as it is, getting to know yourself within changed circumstances, and exploring what becomes possible from there.

Joining the community is free. Classes and trainings can be accessed individually or through a membership.

De Dertiende Maan

De Dertiende Maan is an embodied women’s circle in Nijmegen that moves with the rhythm of the moon.

The circle follows a four-year arc: in 2025 we gathered around the new moon, in 2026 around the waxing moon, in 2027 we move with the full moon, and in 2028 with the waning moon. The moon phase we follow that year gives direction to the evenings, with themes shaped by the natural and seasonal cycle.

I am one of the two founders of De Dertiende Maan. At set moments during the year, participants are invited into co-facilitation alongside me or my co-organiser. As the four-year arc progresses, these moments become more prominent and participants take an increasingly active role in holding the circle.

Participants commit for one year, within a group of no more than thirteen women. Commitment is to the circle rather than to attending every monthly gathering: we usually meet with around nine women at a time, the meeting day changes throughout the year, and those who are absent are still named and included in the circle.

The spoken language is Dutch. If you’re interested in joining or would like more information, you can contact me through my Hipsy page.

El Carro Blau

In the mountains between Alicante and Valencia (Spain), El Carro Blau brings together the regeneration of the land and the regenerative processes of the people who spend time there.

Here, you can join me for individual and small-group retreats in which your connection with the land and its natural cycles becomes part of working with an intention you hold or a growth edge you are meeting.

I am one of the bridges between land and people. The place itself is stewarded by Ronald and Mirjam, together with their animals and other residents, whose ongoing relationship with the land makes this work possible.

A multitude of languages is spoken at El Carro Blau. I can facilitate in Dutch, English and Spanish.

Retreat inquiries can be made through my Hipsy page. For El Carro Blau’s current offerings, visit www.elcarroblau.eu.

Freedive Nijmegen / Play! Community

Freedive creates spaces for personal development through sensuality and conscious kink. It organises workshops, retreats, festivals and holidays throughout the Netherlands, alongside a growing number of local communities, currently including Utrecht, Nijmegen and Eindhoven. Freedive is part of the wider Play! Community.

I am part of the Freedive Nijmegen team, where I regularly host and facilitate workshops and events. The spoken language at Freedive is Dutch, although at some events English might be used.

You can find upcoming events through Freedive Nijmegen or Freedive Community on Hipsy, or learn more about the wider communities at www.freedivecommunity.nl and www.playcommunity.nl.
